baby is 13 months old .. got severe rashes .. have introduced cow milk to her newly is it becaz of that pls advice

Cow milk rashes cannot be like this as it is not at one place it would be all the entire body if your child is suffering with loose motion or something that could be a situation right now I would advise you to make some anti septic liquid into water clean this area and then apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly every two hours don’t use diapers and if needed please consult a paediatrician as well
