Baby is 1 month old. From past couple of days she is spitting milk after each and every feed. Is this cause for any concern. please advise

A. vomiting is common Burp in sitting position better than on shoulder if baby is passing urine more than 7 times a day is active and alert and gaining adequate weight ,at least 500 gram per month then do not worry
