Baby has tears always

Hello It could be a possibility that the tear duct of your child is blocked which is why your child is having tears like this every now and then so I would advise you to do a gentle massage on the nose of your child right in between the eye area that will help in opening of the tear ducts this problem will be resolved over the period of time
