baby has rashes in diaper area. I use cloth diapers during day time and, pampers during night time. how to cure rashes. will it be painfull for babies

Change it in every 3 to 4 hours evennin night time  n as soon as it get soiled. 
Apply B-4 nappi ointment or rash free cream 3 to 4 times  a day.

I'm also mother of 3 months old . I used onky daipers since he born . I thought cloth is good for baby than daiper . so I started using daiper in day and at night daipers. but soon my baby got rashes in buttocks later whole body became heat rashes so I stopped using clothes and used daipers all the time and applied himalaya daiper rash cream all the time.
since then he got better . and I change his pampers daiper every 3 hours. and in day for 1 yo 2 hours I just let his area for air dry I mean keep him without daiper to air.

my baby body is of heat he got rashes by that dry mat so I suggest  you look for the reason of baby rashes then you will be able to decide.

Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil or apply diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper
