Baby Girl birth weight -3.4 kg her weight is not gaining properly after 2 months of age she is on exclusive breastfeeding and she feeds for very less time at day time though my milk supply is good her weight progress is as follows kindly guide what to do next- birthweight -3.4 kg 1 month-4.5 kg 2 Months -5.6 kg 3 months -5.6 kg 4 months -5.8 kg 4.5 months-5.9 kg

A. You should give formula to the child practically if you look at it your child is just not gaining any weight you should give formula to the child with a feeding bottle and see the child is accepting it and because this is going to go it’s not going to be considered healthy for your child
