Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection.
if the skin ofc the child is dry you can apply moisturizing lotion which help in decreasingf the rash.
if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calamine lotion.
it is advisable to take a medical opinion

Get your baby personally checked by the doctor and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice
