Q.
baby birth weight is 2.860 now it's one month he is not gaining weight why ? any recommendations?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, babies lose weight after birth which they regain in 15 days time. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
