Teething has started to happen and that is why there is swelling in the gums and that is why your child is getting irritated since your child is under the age of six months I would recommend you to massage the gums gently with a soft and a wet cloth and also at the same time start with homeopathic tablet number 21 and also teether to your child that will help in soothing down the child
