Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there can be chances of infection in the baby Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
