ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Give overnight soaked black raisins and it’s water and give one fig or one prune per day and green leafy vegetable soups and in fruits give papaya and make him sit in warm water tub while bathing to relax anal sphincters

Hello ma’am Prune juice is a very good remedy for constipation apart from that give good amount of water fruits rich in fibre and vitamin C and also you can give papaya to your child on an every day basis these things are very good to go for apart from that of the constipation is much more than you should consult your doctor
