Ayush ko bahut cough hota hai jab bhi AC mein bhettha hai ? Hum kasauli mein rehte hai in Himachal, hum jab bhi lower Himachal mein jate hai tabhi is cough shuru hota hai ,due to AC

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. may beany flu .Cold and running nose may be due to season variation so you can give a steam for this and also can give asthakind for the cough if it is there otherwise it takes around 5 days to be normal . no need to worry for this .

Give turmeric milk twice daily
Give tulsi leaves lemon honey mixture
