A. Hai good morning !! Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include high protein calcium, calorie rich foods,fibre foods for metabolism and overall development. Breakfast , lunch, and dinner.. Cereals/millet based breakfast/egg - Idly, roti,dosa, porridge/cerelac, omlet, boiled egg, scrambled egg, pancakes.... Lunch, dinner - Rice, stuffed or normal roti with dal,sabji/paneer,egg,meat ,soya with plain soups, salads...you can alter rice/roti with kichdi, porridge in dinner... Healthy snacks - Chikki,dry fruits Ladoo/Barfi, makhana, poha, steamed veggies, sandwich,urad dal ladoo, soaked nuts ....
