Atogla or cetaphil lotion.. Which one is best for baby

Cetaphil is good to be used the reason is that it is suitable for all skin types and as well as for all the seasons and it’s good and safe to be use the other brand is equally good but it is mostly given when there are severe rashes onto the skin of the child in cetaphil is suitable for any time to be used on the skin
