At what age we can introduce picture books , Alphabet books to babies? My baby is 16 months. Cannot utter words except mama , dada, baba

Yes, by the age of one year,one can introduce such board books
so as your child is 16 Months old,you may start using it
I would suggest to refer Babyhug brand toys and activities set for this
