at what age I can start solids like cerelac to my kid. his age is 5th month now

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, solids should be introduced to your baby only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. even after 6 months, avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac. prefer to give homemade food.
