A. Namaste Father, You can start from age of 6 months of age as such. other alternative are home made and natural foods , such as steamed vegetables , soups, fresh fruits in juice and soft and mashed form , kichidi, rice , dal, home made cerelac mix can also be made , ragi , suji porridge
