At what age best for nursary... can we put 21month old baby to nursary is this good or not....

Absolutely not why do you want to burden your child while doing this also I would like to tell you according to the Education rules Board rules you cannot enol your child into under the age of four years or 3 1/2 years basically by the age of 2 1/2 years you can put your child into play group and ahead nursery and then further note
