Q.
at wat age does a toddler speak fully wit a sentence.. my son is nw 2.6 months old he speak every words but some time he doesn't make sentence n speak

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interadction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the spesech dodes not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Avoid screens. Encourage your child to express and respond. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
