At the time of birth the weight is only 2.3 kg , but the baby is good and active . please suggest your suggestion and prescribed some vitamins that are important at this stage

A. hello exclusively breastfeed the baby and this will help in the growth of child and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide u acc
