At night when i try to feed my baby i feel my milk supply has become very low!...Any solution for this?

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods like oatmeal with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, brown rice, fennel seeds, cumin, carom seeds, garlic, eggs, fenugreek seeds and walnuts. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
