Q.

At night times my breasts are full and leaking. but at day they are feeling and not leaking. why it is happening. does it means low breast milk

A. shall I use a tablets for hormonal imbalance. if necessary can you suggest me any medicine.

A. this happens during the initial months due to hormonal changes in body what you have described is totally normal and there is no need to worry regarding this. but if you feel that it it seems to be something different you can meet your doctor regarding this and the doctor will guide you.
