A. Hello good morning !! It's common to reduce weight after Birth 2-3 weeks and they regain by 4-5 weeks..Yes baby growth rate is good as baby is one and half month old increased approximately 500gm from birth weight.. No need to worry about weight , generally they gain 400-700gm per month go for monthly follow ups and vaccinations as scheduled exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested untill 5 completed months give feed every two hours.
