ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot pear sapota banana apple pumpkin pear papaya
remember one new food one at a time
as you start with cerelac one spoon then 3-4 days two spoons then 3-4 days three spoons
in a similar way once a day and two times a day and three times a day
