asktoexpert# mai 4months ki baby ki mother hu,muje bahut jhukham h agar antibiotics leti hu to milk jo feed karati hu wo kam ho jata h kya karu jisme baby ko feed bhi aache se kara sku or jhukham se v Rahat mile plz tell me

A. dear to get relief have Tulsi Ginger, black pepper Honey herbal tea turmeric milk lot of fluid intake , warm home made soups non spicy semi solid hot food like Khichdi Daliya adequate rest Maintain proper hygiene and hand wash there are medicine which can be taken by breastfeeding mother which does not cause harm to baby consult doctor
