#Askto experts my baby is 5 mnths old . My milk is not enough for my baby my milk supply getting decrease since last 1 week . what can I do to increase the milk supply. I take also zandu satavrex but not effective so plzz what can I do to increase breast milk ?? plzz help

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening there is a very effective supplement available in the market I would recommend that you should try using Himalaya shatavari it can be taken along with milk twice in a day for improving the milk production
