#Askthexperts Mam my boy was an iugr child born with a weit of 2.7kg but he is not gaining weight aftr birth as required he is now 22 days. plz let me know is there anything to worry about. his all daily activities are completely normal.

A. you should start with vitamin drops as Zincovit or A to Z drops consulting your pediatric.. mother milk helps in weight gain continue feeding.. maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs.. massage baby well you can use Babyhug daily massage oil.. it improve blood circulation, promote weight gain.. strengthen bones..
