you can include variety of homecooked foods like boiled potato, banana, chikku, milk, paneer, milk shakes, boiled sprouts and pulses, porridge, nuts, dried fruit, pancake, stuffed idli, dosa, sheera, upma , roti , paratha, rice,egg , chicken fish if non vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours,
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Hello ma’am Try to give a balanced diet to your child would like to tell you that give small small portions at least 5 to 6 times in a day is not at one point of time as that way your child will eat well apart from that just make your child do activities like jumping running and all these things so that the appetite of your child will increase with time
