prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc.
have m9re fruit and salad.
drink milk 3-4 times.
stay hydrated.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month

yes it can
and there are other food items too like cumin seeds, fennel seeds water , drumsticks soup ,jeera water , nuts , sprouted fenugreek seeds etc are also best for this.
