#asktheexpertsy my 4 year old daughter has small dots on her face especially the upper nose and under the eye area and even on body ..the spots are lighter then her skin tone...when I asked my paediatrician he said it due to lack of moisture..I'm using Cetaphil soap and lotion..but not helpful

SoumyaMom of 3 children4 months agoA. It may be due to dryness. You can use Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream. It keeps the skin super hydrated and locks the moisture for long. It's clinically tested as well.
