A. It happens so no need to worry abd you can start giving bonnisan drops to the baby to improve digestion abd hero head little elevated after feeding the baby and continue burping

A. Small kids have an issue of summer reflux which is why they vomit out little bit of milk like this which is normal you haven’t mentioned the current age of your child so I’m just suggesting you the basis of kids who are under the age of 12 months
