Whichever suits your baby is the best lotion. During winters, skin gets dry so apply a good moisturizing lotion which keeps the skin hydrated and nourished like I am using Johnson's Baby Lotion for my little one. It provides moisture upto 24 hours and keep the skin soft and supple.

Aveeno he is very good you can go for EVION vitamin E cream because during winter season my personal suggestion would be to use screens over lotion as they’re much healthy much more nourishing for the skin so that’s a better choice according to me
