for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper

(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving thenn at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.

to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

I’d Why are you to go ahead with Boroline anti septic cream that’s definitely a much better choice since it is an anti septic cream it’s going to be much better and please do not use diapers 24 x 7 because when you use diapers continuously the rashes are just going to be severe so just maintain that thing
