For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

it can lasts up to 45 days of delivery
but if it has been long time,if bleeding is too heavy then please visit your gynecologist
