ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 6 month can introduce ghee, as he is 8 month old can add few drops of ghee in his food, ghee is a rich source of fatty acids and vitamins like A, E, and D. Besides, it also contains vitamin K that helps calcium to be absorbed in bones.
