RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl11 months agoA. Mean between the age of five months to 2 1/2 years mostly it is expected to fill up by the time of 17 months but if it does not happen by that time then maximum by the age of 2 1/2 years yet if you do not see happening then consult your doctor
