mam, if a child is not responding to his name after age of one year ,he or she is not making eye contact while talking , prefer to play alone always ,can not comprehend what we say are some basic symptoms of autism .
but it is wide term ,it is not that much common in our society.
so please don't self judge your child.
kids are moody at this age so it may possible that he may not answer some time ,it doesn't mean that he is autistic child.
but if you have doubt ,it is better to consult your pediatrician and done proper diagnose.
