Hello ma’am In my opinion since your child is having an issue like thalassaemia it would be better for you to consult a nutritionist will give you a proper diet plan as to what your child should eat and what you should be avoided how are you should be feeding your child so slowly gradually you’ll just get a better idea about all these things
