#asktheexperts what should be the max quantity of milk should i give to him. i still breastfeed him .is it ok ,? how i stop breast feeding

A. Hi mom Give 500 ml Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
