Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. after birth firxa few weeks babies will lose some weight and after that they will start gaining weight. ideally they put on about 500-700 grams if weight every month. this is the most ideal situation. however a few grams more or less is also fine. try and breastfeed exclusively till completion of six months.
