A. After 2 years, kids start eating good amount of solid foods, therefore daily intake of milk can be 2-3 glasses or 550 to 600 ml. Milk can be taken in any form like plain, oats, paneer, curd, buttermilk, dalia, kheer, custard, etc. to fulfill daily intake of calcium. It is an important food as it helps in building strong teeth and bones.
