ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 months agoA. hi. it might be nappy rashes. try to j keep the bottom area clean and dry. avoid use of diapers for a longer period, you can apply calamine lotion or b4 nappy rash cream a couple of times a day
