#asktheexperts what is the remedy for sore breast. I am having a repeated skin peeling off around areola after breast feeding. It bleeds too.

A. use nip care cream 3-4 times a day and make sure to wipe it off before feeding. give warm compression on the breast several times a day. apply your own breast milk and allow it to air dry. apply warm desi ghee over it. do not pull the nipples too hard from the mouth of the baby.
