#asktheexperts what is the reason for less aminotic acid in last trimester. mine is 8.5 and doctor advised not to do any excercise or walking.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 month agoA. Amniotic fluid levels can reduce because of multiple reasons, but to improve it you have to take high-protein diet and also take at least 3 L of water per day.
