ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, if the birth weight of your baby was 3 kg then weight after 2 months should be around 4 kg or more. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month.

Archana DineshMom of a 3 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, baby on an average will have to gain 500 grams per month from birth. so a weight of 3.5 to 4.5 kg would be considered as normal.
