Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note for the first three months a baby will gain anywhere between 150 to 200 grams per week and the next three months he will gain anywhere between 100-150 grams a week please make sure you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby
