Uma RamMom of 2 children4 months agoA. Hello good morning !! Babies by 2-3 months see surroundings,observe,able to see bright colours ,gives social smiles,reacts,responds to sounds our words and able to recognise mother,family members voices. By 3-4 months babies roll over,tries to hold neck.
