Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good morning !! The best sunlight timings are early morning 6-10 am for new born babies after massage and bath expose baby to Direct sunlight between 6-10 am for 15-20 minutes daily.
For infants, toddlers and elders 6-10 am and evening sunlight is also good.
As sunlight is the best source of Vitamin D ,K good for skin.
