Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits . continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization. and always give Woodwards gripe water...this aids in digestion. I have always given this to.my child and because of this no colic and indigestion issues have happened.
