A. dear mum, how old is your child? you should be giving a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. include all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. eggs and non veg foods. dry fruits and nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, dates, raisins. variety of pulses and legumes. milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. add ghee to baby's food.
