U Have to continue breastfeeding your child or giving formula feeding to the child let your child completes the age of 185 days of birth after that you can go ahead with any kind of semisolid food but right now it is going to be breastfeeding since you have not mentioned the age of your child clearly your caption shows five months on that basis I am suggesting you this
